This policy explains what personal information I collect when you use this shop, how I use it, and your rights. The data controller is Arthur Trombetta, Rochester, United Kingdom, info@arthurtrombetta.com.

What I collect

When you place an order I collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, email address, delivery address and phone number, along with the details of your order. If you contact me by email, I keep our correspondence so I can help you.

Payment information

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's systems and handled by Stripe; I do not see or store your full card number. Stripe acts as an independent controller of the payment data it processes. See Stripe's own privacy policy for details.

How your information is used

I use your information only to process and deliver your order, to handle returns or problems, to keep proper business and tax records, and to reply to you. I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use it for advertising.

Who it is shared with

To fulfil your order I share the delivery details with the fine art labs that produce and post your artwork (theprintspace and, for mounted limited editions, White Wall) and with the delivery carriers. The shop itself is hosted by Big Cartel, and payments are handled by Stripe. Each of these only receives what it needs to do its part. I do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

If you join my mailing list

If you choose to subscribe to updates, I use your email address only to send those updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message.

How long I keep it

I keep order and correspondence records for as long as needed to support you and to meet my legal and tax obligations, and then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict certain uses. To make a request, email info@arthurtrombetta.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
