Shipping and delivery

All artwork is made to order and sent with safe, tracked delivery and sustainable packaging.

Production and dispatch

Every piece is produced to order especially for you, so please allow a short production time before your order is dispatched. As a guide, most orders arrive within one to two weeks, depending on size, finish and destination. Framed pieces and limited editions can take a little longer than unframed prints.

Where your order ships from

Paper prints are produced and posted by my fine art lab, theprintspace. Orders to the United Kingdom are produced in London. Orders to the European Union are produced and shipped from their facility in Germany, so EU parcels are delivered from within the EU. Mounted limited editions are produced and dispatched from Germany.

Delivery costs

Delivery is calculated at checkout, based on your country and the item. UK delivery is free on unframed paper prints. Framed pieces and international orders are charged at cost, based on size and destination, and the amount is always shown before you pay.

Customs and import charges

For orders delivered within the United Kingdom and the European Union there is nothing extra to pay on arrival. For other destinations, including Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, the United States, Canada and the rest of the world, your parcel may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes or a carrier handling fee charged on receipt, according to the rules of the destination country. These charges are set by your country, are outside my control, and are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking, delays and damage

Every order is tracked and insured in transit. Please check your artwork on delivery and keep all of the original packaging. I cannot be responsible for delays outside my control, such as carrier disruption or customs handling, and these do not affect your statutory rights. If your artwork arrives damaged or is not as described, please see my Returns, Cancellations and Refunds policy and contact me within 7 days at info@arthurtrombetta.com.
