Terms and conditions

Effective date: 2 September 2026

These terms apply to every order placed through this shop. Please read them alongside my Returns, Cancellations and Refunds policy and my Shipping and delivery policy, which form part of them.

About me

This shop is run by Arthur Trombetta, an independent artist based in Rochester, United Kingdom. You can reach me at info@arthurtrombetta.com.

The artwork

Every piece is made to order. The paper art prints are produced by my fine art lab as numbered limited editions, digitally signed and numbered, and come with a digitally signed Certificate of Authenticity. Some pieces, such as the mounted limited editions, may also come with a hand signed and embossed Certificate of Authenticity that I post to you separately. Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished print. Images and descriptions are as accurate as I can make them.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and no VAT is added. Delivery is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of order through Stripe. Your order becomes a binding contract once payment is confirmed.

Made to order and cancellation

Because each piece is made to order, the standard change of mind cancellation right does not apply once production has begun. Full details, including your rights if something is faulty, damaged or not as described, and the separate rights of EU buyers, are in my Returns, Cancellations and Refunds policy.

Delivery and risk

Delivery times and costs are set out in my Shipping and delivery policy. Risk in the artwork passes to you on delivery. Any customs duties or import taxes for orders outside the United Kingdom and the European Union are your responsibility.

Copyright and use

I retain the copyright and all intellectual property rights in every artwork. Buying a piece gives you ownership of that physical print only. It does not transfer any right to reproduce, copy, resell as a reproduction, or make commercial use of the image. Please do not reproduce the work without my written permission.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the courts of England and Wales.
